how to unlearn value=productivity

I wake up and I think about work. I go to bed and my last thought is about work. The happiest day of the month for me is pay day when I can give 40% of my income to rent. I feel stuck on a hamster wheel and that I’ll be doing this for the next thirty years. My parents would say I’m lucky for being employed and having a job that pays the bills, but my life is flying by and I feel so unfulfilled. Sorry for the downer post on a Friday
