So today my girlfriend got called into the HR managers office because apparently we distract each other from our work ( we both work in customer service at a retail store) because we are dating we don't work at the same time for the reason that we are being accused of and my girlfriend told her this. The manager told her that she was lying even though it's shown on every single roster since she started that we don't work the same shift. We are also being told I'm not allowed to shop in the store while she's working or wait to pick her up when she finishes we live together most of the time we can't go to any other store. My shifts have been decreasing ever since I was eligible to get a raise and as soon as I start to question why they start creating false reasons that don't make sense. I don't have a second job I have rent to pay along with bills and a potential baby on the way as crappy as this manager is I can't afford to start looking for another job and I definitely can't afford to get fired and I don't know what to do
