I interviewed for a position this morning and at the end when the benefits were explained they hadn’t brought up any type of salary. I then asked what was the expected salary range. They said they don’t discuss salary until the candidate makes it to the second round of interviews. I drove an hour one way to the interview, they’ll schedule those for next week. Not sure if this is a red flag, but it did put me off a bit because of the drive.
