HR Surveys Suck

Let me give you an example. About give or take a year ago we had HR send out an anonymous survey to all the employees at the site because said site couldn't keep people and they wanted to know why. As you can imagine it didn't go anywhere. We blamed management for how poorly things were being managed, more specifically our Fire Manager promoted to Operations Manager. I'll explain why that's relevant in a few. We also said we worked great with our co-workers. Here's what HR said about it all, we the workers were working together to make management look bad despite many specific instances being brought up in those surveys!
