Human Resources has dropped the ball, and is never your friend

If you work in HR, and aren’t working towards fixing inherent issues in your company, you’re part of the problem. Plain and simple. I think we should apply pressure on this part of businesses. Don’t interact with people who work in HR unless it’s necessary. The same way plenty of people will not interact with cops unless absolutely necessary, I feel we need to treat HR in the same manner. Make people realize it is a “poisonous job” which hurts many people in the name of profits they will usually never even see.
