My husband's coworker showed up to work earlier this week coughing and sneezing everywhere, telling everyone he tested positive for Covid. The manager told him to stay and keep working but didn't require the guy to wear a mask and didn't take any extra sanitation measures to protect everyone else.
My husband just tested positive, and I'm 15 weeks into a high risk pregnancy. I thankfully tested negative so far, but I can't risk getting this virus. We also don't want to facilitate the spread of this virus so my husband wants to stay home for 2 weeks to make sure I'm okay and that he's okay. His boss wants him to go back on Tuesday, which is insane. My husband even got word that the ORIGINAL Covid-infected worker has still been showing up everyday. We're in Florida if that helps, but do we have any rights? Who can we complain about this gross negligence too?
