I absolutly hate this concept that gaps in a CV are a bad thing!

I'm from europe and having more than 3 months of 'gaps' is a no-go for many companies. It litteraly makes no sense. It's my life. I could have tought myself how to programm, written a novel, tried to become self-employed, tought myself an instrument, tought myself how to make a movie, or travelled..or even just layed in bed for 2 months and played elden ring. like wtf. It's my life. Sometimes i just want to do stuff besides working? No wonder burnout and depression is skyrockening, It actually blows my mind how accepted it is to always do sth. so that it doesn't look bad. And we all run our limited life so that it fits with the corporate world.
