I accept tips even though my job doesn’t allow them.

I work at a popular tourist stop in my area. Despite it being a union job I'm still hardly paid enough and the management can be a total joke. They say tipping isn't allowed because the company is a non-profit but that sounds like BS. I've had people offer me tips and my response is always honest but I don't stop them if they still insist.
