I work at a concert venue. I’m the in house VJ, so I need to be at every single concert. I usually show up to work an hour before the band gets there. But, since I got that overtime, I’ve been having to come into work 2-3 hours later than the rest of the production crew. It’s such bullshit, I’m only at 15 hours of work this week and my shifts usually last 8-12 hours. They’re making me lose sooo much money just because they had to pay me $60 extra dollars
