Part-time job wearing me to the bone

I just need to vent, I'm at my wit's end. I work in a regional grocery store as a cashier, part-time, as they never hire cashiers full-time, but they have as work as close to full-time hours as they can get. With how irregular and all over the place my schedule is day to day and week to week, it's impossible for me to form any kind of routine, and that has me feeling completely exhausted. I just want a job with regular, sensible hours so that I can establish any kind of healthy sleep schedule and hopefully stop feeling so miserable and tired every single day. I just want my life back. There's no goddamn reason for a part-time job to be like this.
