Honestly, the self-harm thoughts are very mild. It's just feelings of despair but it's not all that bad. I told the EAP counselor that after being asked. But I realized after the call that by law, they might be required to disclose that to my employer. What would happen to me? I don't even know if they would disclose it to my employer in the way I mentioned it. My employer might think I'm a grave risk to myself. I don't want them to think that about me. I don't even what them to know I've been visiting EAP.
