I get that most people don’t feel this way and it’s totally understandable. I happen to be one of the lucky few that has a really great boss and is also a buddy of mine. He literally harassed me for 2 years to come work for him and another friend of mine he hired originally. We don’t get bitched out for being late, if my old dog isn’t feeling well I can just call in and explain why I need the day off. Same thing goes for me being sick, sore or just really fucking tired. Obviously I can’t do this everyday but once every week or two hasn’t stopped me from getting a raise, twice in the past 6 months. Things seem to be going well and I wish every boss could be like this. Good morale brings on great work and really helps me keep my head up on the tougher days!
