I work for a multi-million company in a remote call center, thing is that I havent done my work properly, in fact, I dont do my job at all. Every time I get a call I just say my introductory lines and say a few more thing to make time and then I act as if my connection dropped so the client has to get a new representative BUT the system doesnt kick me out of the call so Im still there while the call last without doing anything, I can just go to the bed, watch netflix, play some games and keeping an eye on the system to make sure the call is still going. Im been doing this for months now and managment/quality control is nowhere to be found. And Im still getting their money. This place pays insultingly low wages, there is a lot of workload and is very strict with breaks, even with bathroom breaks. So f*ck them, I dont feel guilty, I will squezee them the last cent from this f*ckers until I quit or get fired. F*ck this multi million companys.
