Okay, so yesterday my boss told me that I management do not want me to work overtime from my house, we have remote coworkers so this didnt make any sense to me, we have 10 hours shifts but we are working at least 14 hours per day because we have been severaly understaffed for the past 6 months, most of the times Id rather do the overtime from my house as we would only have a 30 min break if I stayed the 14 hours at the office, and guess what, this is mexico so we dont get paid overtime hahaha, if you dont work they fire you, you cant sue, cant do anything, when I asked my boss why, she got pissed at me, she started saying how my perfomance has been so poor lately so she literally told me that she was not going to listen to me, I told her that this was not only my opinion but that the whole team felt like shit most of the days but that I was the only want willing to tell her, I HATED that I wanted to have an open discussion and that she took it so personal that she literally threat me to fire me and telling me the worst about my perfomance even if Im the 2nd best agent and there is proves of that, just so you get the idea, ive sold more than 200k usd in april and I will prob just earn around 1,200 usd for the whole month, we are been exploited. Im done
