Every company I have worked for I have brought positive change, improved culture by respecting my team and giving them the tools ,space the need to be successful, respecting them professionally and personally and understanding that they have lives and they are human, not numbers or tools. By doing this, I have brought a lot of success but every time it someone has made out to be some other factor and try to cause it fail. Wtf. Why are people not supportive of other people being successful?
