I like my job, I enjoy my work, but I've been realizing lately that my employer doesn't care about me. I've always been first there, last to leave, good reviews and all that and then something personal happened. This is when I realised they don't care, I am nothing to them. I gave my employer so much and I mean so little. It is really eating at me.
