I work for the typical rich CEO who could care less about his employees and even less of his female employees. Who will pay you the bare minimum while he goes around the world several times a year, has his own wine ROOM and entire marble floors throughout his home. He has lied about benefits, lied about pay/under paid, has kept us working in a room while plumbers are jack hamming concrete to get to the crushed sewer line; there was no running water, dust and feces in the air. Use our PTO days even thought he closes the facility for dangerous weather. Fired a young girl WHILE SHE WAS GIVING BIRTH IN THE HOSPITAL. Even the company handbook we all signed is just lies apon lies.
In the first 6 months I was working for this Ahole, I made just under 1 million dollars…. yes I seriously mean a million dollars, in collection for him. Not even a thank you! This is while I was wearing multiple hats and absorbing anothers responsibilities. I asked for a raise that I rightfully earned. He flat out said he would not even entertain the idea and my job does not have a description. It is what ever he says it is.
I am quitting tomorrow and I can't fucking wait.
I think I am just going to casually say I quit out loud and see if anyone takes me seriously. I mean when Monday comes they will know. Lmao
