Call Center Call Avoidance Tips?

Hello, I work in a call center and long story short, I am being asked to take phone calls where my regular position is not supposed to require it. I am looking for tips and exploits in the Cisco finesse phone system to make it look like Im working when I’m not. Like what are some good ways to make it look like I’m talking on the phones when I’m not? Is there some glitch to get oneself stuck on the “talking” code even when there’s no phone call on the line? Any tips would be great. I’m not interested in lectures about quitting instead of finding exploits, my decision is already made. My phone calls aren’t going to be monitored since it isn’t my normal position and the people who monitor the phone queue for exploits are tech illiterate and terrible at their jobs.
