It’s heart breaking to see so many stories about the terrible leaders and companies that exist in this sub. Real leaders know that without their their people, nothing would get done, so they always try to look out for them and support in any way they can outside of salary and benefits.
I have been really blessed in my career with bosses that care about me and seeing this not being normal is so frustrating 🙁
I hope you all are able to leave those terrible bosses and find some that treat others with respect.
