love what i do for work but my FT schedule is making me want to leave. who tf wants to work 6,10,4,10,10 a week? with only a 30 min lunch on the 10hrs? sometimes ill get 8,10,4,10,8. who tf wants to work early AM to close on some days and only 4-6 hours on other days? is there a silver lining to this? btw i am the ONLY employee with this schedule and everyone else is 4 10s or 5 8s. i am the youngest (22), was told i am one of the hardest workers (like it matters) and been here for awhile. tried bringing it up with my boss before but been ignored. i just want some equality PLEASE.
