I itemized a list of additional work and time it takes to do it that they’ve added while keeping me at the same pay. They more or less had a “not my problem” attitude.
The thing is I replaced the prior lady who no one else is trained for. I have asked to hire a helper and pointed out the list of things that need to get done that overlap with other tasks/projects that are time sensitive. They have no consideration and no proper response when I point out my severely increased workload. I know they will panic because a lot of these processes that only I use are unknown and would take several months to bring someone up to speed. I know they will panic if I go. They are entitled self serving assholes
I’m sick of their attitude and ready to drop it all and go. Any one want to talk me out of it or say it’s time to stop being their working bitch?
