I am stupid for considering leaving my WFH job?

I’m a nurse who got lucky and landed a WFH job for an insurance company. Recently I posted about how she didn’t want me to take a half day after my dog had to be put down, so I called out. I ended up being reprimanded by her and she didn’t really show any remorse or give condolences is. She wanted me to come back to work after I put my dog down. Now I’m interviewing for another job that is 3 12 hour shifts but involves working away from home. It’s home hospice and it’s going into other people’s homes, but I’d also be getting a pay bump. It’s also not direct patient care, mostly just bringing people on service. Am I stupid for considering leaving this job? I just lost all my motivation to work after the dog incident because I’m not very fond of my manager now.
