I am uncomfortable letting my job know my developmental goals

As part of the review process this year, my company (or maybe my boss's boss) is asking us to fill out our development goals. My boss is making it sound mandatory. She's mentioned that the company wants to support our growth. And if it will take time outside my job, mention it. But like, what if I'm not looking to grow? What of my focus is just being physically and mentally well? I don't want to spend extra unearned time on skills that I am only doing to make my company happy. Why would I need to fill out developmental goals? It's not like we would get raises for new tasks learned. It's not like everyone would be moving up a position afterwards. I'm generally happy with my company, but the weird paperwork involving reviews is so tiring sometimes. Like I'm doing my job. I can do it quickly. Why…
