Last month I asked for a raise did not get it and then they started giving me more work so that I could “earn my raise” They have been nit picking everything I do and on my ass on the little things that they never cared about prior to me asking. Now they are adamant in making me suffer it seems.
I have been applying even got to the final round in one of the jobs I applied to and have not heard anything back yet. Its really hard to schedule job interviews and work at the same time. I have to go into work every single day Mon-fri from 7:20am-5pm cause I drive 30 min in. So that leaves me with little time to do interviews. I had to call off for the interview days but I cannot keep doing that every time right? I'll be running low on PTO days. It sucks ass when you do 4 rounds and hear nothing back and you spend your PTO days cause your company refuses to let you work from home even though at work you stare at a laptop all day.
