I asked my boss if he has seen the report to which he said no. I said it shows that we're over 9% and I'm currently working for less than I was last year. His response was “Everyone is going through it” Not sure how to take that response. Do I stand my ground and ask for more money? Or hope that cost of living increases this year cover it?
