Why does management not hold responsible departments or persons accountable but criticize (me) other workers for not “owning” or “mothering” (yes, direct quote) an issue to resolution. They really get upset when asked, who is doing my job while I do these other peoples’ jobs? And I am the problem, how? Thanks for letting me rant.
