I (m23) have been working at my company for just shy of 1 year. Today I found out my company is going to be replacing me and a coworker but they have yet to tell us.
So I have been searching indeed because I've been looking for another job quietly for previous issues that weren't a huge deal but enough to warrant my job search.
As I was scrolling I found MY position and my coworkers position both posted for more than we both are making.
Note: I have never been wrote up, reprimanded or even been late. The only thing I have done is called in less than a handful of times. I just don't have words for what they are doing.
