I can’t come in early but my boss is hiring new employees at a higher pay rate.

Title. I work at a small logistics company in Ohio and I hate/can tolerate my job. It's tedious warehouse work but I can listen to my headphones and tune out and just force myself to work. Lately though, I've been looking for new jobs since we were pretty understaffed. (we've got new guys in now tho) Earlier today I see an indeed listing for my job that listed the pay as being $18. As opposed to $17 which is what I get paid. I mean good for the new employees coming in, but I've been here since about May. Where's my pay raise? I hate this job lol

I was thinking about getting a security job doing fuck all for slightly higher pay (longer commute) and I think this just solidified my idea.
