TLDR: Employer discriminating against me, employer abusing special needs children, and my emotions are clouding my judgment and ability to effectively communicate.
For the past 15 months I have been fighting for basic rights to be able to be in the workplace and have a disability. My boss has repeatedly called me out for being disabled and promising not to follow my accommodation. In fact, she normally mocked me for my disability, she Weaponized it against me. And it’s a situation where everything I say is a lie, and despite that I’m allowed to record in my state, the employer told me that I was not allowed to record, even for my safety.
Part of the reason for this response is not only justify that I have been discriminated against, but also to expose my employer for significant amount of child abuse, and how it relates back to me being discriminated against because those children are also disabled and they are not accommodating to the children either.
