So, We've already proven this 3 years that goals, deadlines and all the work can be done WFH.
There wouldn't be extra pollution from driving, there wouldn't be so many traffic jams, hours and hours of lost time for employees driving, paying gas or bus tickets, waking up very early so you can get in time, the hassle of dressing up, shaving, putting make up etc.
WFH means quality time for your family, cooking healthier, practicing sports, good for your body and your mental health! all of this are great benefits for mankind and They still want HORAS NALGA! (Spanish expression for “butt hours”, means sitting in your ass showing you exist at work so They can feel good about paying you).
