I recently left a job environment where I busted my ass off day after day for a year just to get ignored when asking for a pay raise. I worked really hard for the company but I'm considering just not giving two shits about my next job, as in doing the bare minimum. I don't want to feel used again but I also don't want to let a potentially good boss down. What're your thoughts on this?
