I'm currently stuck in a factory role that I am eager to get out of. This role would barely cover the cost of living if even that, but I live with my parents.
I've had thoughts of software development, but I've heard stories about how you are micromanaged and monitored. Something environmental was another area I've thought of, but the environmental jobs in my city require University. And from what I've heard scientists get treated like garbage.
For a while I've considered administration and trying to get an admin role in my current organization, but they've rejected me, and admin is basically factory work in an office environment.
Ultimately I just want something comfortable, that I don't have to wake up early in the day for, and that pays my bills. I have no idea how to achieve this. My parents are against me leaving this job without another lined up, but I've had enough of the place, the early hours, having no energy when the day is over, etc.
