I don’t know where else to post this, our employer wants to start tracking us.

I'm a government contractor and our employer is literally terrible. They just cut our pay, health insurance premiums skyrocketed, and now they want to implement tracking onto our timecard apps, via our phones. This seems extremely unethical and illegal. How can our employer force us to install an app with location tracking on our personal phones? We have government cell phones too, but the employer does not pay for those. They are gov. funded. So I would imagine those are also off limits.

What can we do?? Do we have any recourse here?
