Customer service is hell. 9 to 5:30, M-F, chained to your desk. Can't have shorter days because you have to wait for calls and chats until 5:30. Can't just “not go to work because it is a hot day and I wan't to be on the beach instead of work today”. (For the last 5 summers every weekend was terrible and the same will happen now too, M-F 30+ degrees and even 40+ with clear sky and not a single cloud, Sunday and Sunday are just 20-22, rain, stroms….). I only make 620$ a month, barely surviving on that. The only reason I didn't just give up is Home Office but still chained to my desk, imprisoned in a building (doesn't matter that it is home). 15 minute breaks twice a day, barely making it out from the flat to feel the sunshine but duty immidiately calls back to suffering… Soon it is September and I couldn't enjoy the summer. I only have 7 days of paid leave for the entire year by now…
