I work at a seniors living as a server. We have two dining rooms a huge one where almost 40 people come down and a small one for 20 with a kitchen in the middle. And I was told yesterday that only two servers would work today. And I'm one of them. I was told that I'm meant to work the big side. But it's too much work and the residents aren't very nice. And I honestly want to make a shitshow, but at the same time I don't want to carry all that responsibility. I'm in the US. Texas specifically
