Been working for a distribution center for the last ten years never left because prior to COVID it was at least DECENT pay honestly I don’t feel right saying that lol but back breaking work for 17-18 bucks but like BACK breaking. but after inflation rent gas and groceries I simply cannot survive off what we’re making my monthly income barley covers rent, yet they’re holding meetings about us smashing record sales and quotas being through the roof, every employee is struggling but like most of us in this world we have little ones to think about and just can’t up and quit, any advice as to how I could go about this, I asked for a raise like 9 months ago and was told they can’t do anything else for me. Or that they would see what they can do….. yeah sure.
