i have been actively applying to new jobs and whatnot after leaving a toxic work environment.
i have applied to multiple places and i cannot get over how stale and exhausting the online applications are.. the questions asked in surveys make my blood boil. i hate having to think about how i could potentially exceed their expectations by answering how they want.. none of this should be necessary. the places that i know i will despise working for are the places that are able to provide just enough money for me to get by.
TLDR: i felt like ranting after applying to an amzn owned company. this shit sucks.
