Got made redundant on poor health during pandemic, I'm now on disablity. 45m
Currently I'm waiting for dialysis to end and just had a phone call from my ex bosses.
“We have someone asking for union representative in a discipline meeting, can you come in and help out?”
“Uh no? You made me redundant in 2020. I'm on dialysis, and frankly you have a rep”.
“We will pay you to come in”.
“Uhm no cos the dwp would sanction me into the floor, call xxxxxx at the union head office and they will send out the full time officer”.
Hang up on them as I'm about to come of treatment. Pretty sure I know why they don't want the full time officer in , he got me extra redundancy money lol
