I feel like work has robbed me of having a personality

Idk working five times a week for more than 8 hrs is kind of making so plain and boring. I do have hobbies like writing and reading books but I hardly find them entertaining at all. I've tried all sorts of stuff even gardening…. man I can't enjoy anythig at all. I try to log in here, even on other social medias but man, I just can't fucking enjoy anything
