Please bare with me, long post ahead and I really need advice. hello and please excuse my grammar, english it is not my first language. long story short, I (23F) started looking for a new job and applied for one at a local cofee shop, where they also sell electronic cigarettes. I was called for an interview last week, I showed up and the employer wasn't that interested in asking me questions, but made it clear he expected a few more people to be interviewed that day. He has told me the sallary would be 300 euros, which is the average in my country. well, the next day he has called me and offered me to go 3 days and work there, and if I like it, we would sign the contract. If not, he will pay me for 3 days. I agreed because it seemed a good ideea to see what was expecting me, before signing the contract. My 3 days were going to be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In 3 hours I have to wake up and go to work and I'm very frustrated. On Monday I went there excited and ready for work. My coworker was a girl, she made me a coffee and started explaining to me what I had to do. Now, before this, I worked in a bookstore and before working with register, the girls let me wait for a few days, explained to me every step on the way. Here, my coworker wanted me to do it in the first 10 minutes. I did it, then she made me pack a lot of things for the online orders, made me use the coffee machine with no proper training and I was anxious because I had no idea how to make fancy coffee, at home I drink it with sugar and milk. On monday, the owner (the one I had the interview with) showed up and told me that I can go home at 2pm.
He also made it clear that on Tuesday and Wednesday I will also leave at 2 pm. The normal schedule was until 5pm. After my first day, with only 5 hours of work I was excited, it was not enough time for me to feel hungry or in the need to use the bathroom. On Tuesday, well, the owner arrived around 1pm and told me that I will stay until 4:30pm today, I said ok. I can't go use the bath all the time. I started to feel hungry around 2 and my boyfriend came with food and I ate it outside, in the snow, because I couldn't stay with him inside. It took me 10 minutes to eat and go back inside. It was full and my coworker told me I have to eat in the back, in case they need me. I can't sit down. at all. The tips jar was full on Monday during our shift and empty on Tuesday morning. I don't think I have the rights for the tips right now. My coworker takes it all. Tomorrow at 6pm I have another interwiev and I will attend it. My bff, who also works in a coffee shop, says I should run. I feel like texting my employer that I don't wanna go anymore and to give me my money for 2 days.

TLDR: unsure about coffee shop job, need advice about whether going anymore or not.
