Was talking with someone who worked at this store for 3 years and hasn't gotten a raise. He makes $13/h.
I also learned that Coaches makes a 26k bonus every year. That's 2k more than Cap 2 yearly salary. Cap 2 is backroom work. Unloading trucks, sorting hundreds of pieces of inventory for departments. Phyical work. And our Team Leads make 21/h plus a 6k bonus every year.
While we make 24k… a year.
My coworker looked surprised when I advocated violence toward the Walton family, the owners of walmart.
What are we supposed to do? Sign a petition? How the hell do you get a raise?? Wtf is going on?
I think that would make most think they need to move up in the company, but… I feel repulsed. These lazy ass coaches are making an ungodly amount money for what? Honestly. As far as I can see, they're incompetent.
I have so much undirected anger. I want to be a political advocate but don't even know where to start.
