I have been on maternity leave since April. I know that I am so much more fortunate than most with my time off, especially with PPD. I found out that the person who has been covering me is only cleared to stay for 3 days after I come back. I have been out for almost 6 months and have an entire department protocol change to catch up on plus mandatory trainings…. And I have to cram it into 3 days. I can already feel the anxiety rising.
