I work at Taco Mac in Ga, and it’s of course gonna be busy on a Friday night. I’m on the Mex side trying to make about 20 queso setup’s at a time, and drop roughly 100 wings per order, so I of course don’t have time to notice that we are running out of the queso. I get called out from one of the managers to clock out and go the fuck home. All because they need some sort of scapegoat to blame for the queso not getting prepped while we are way over capacity outside.
I now have to talk to my GM tomorrow when I come into work because of my “poor performance”.
Sorry, this all happened less than 10 minutes ago. I’m already pissed off as it is.
Is there anything I can do to explain why it’s not just on me to do everything? There were 2 other people helping me.
