I got dismissed one month into my probation today from a Junior level job because company said I’m too inexperienced

I'm a graduate in Engineering, when I saw a job posting for a full-time Junior Engineer role at this small surveying company I applied and got the job. I worked one month into the probation period, and today I got the dismissal letter. They said it's because I'm too inexperienced and don't have the required accreditations or experience to be able to approve reports/forms and handle myself like a professional. Which means the company has to spend extra time/money/effort to check and approve my work. They also said they simply cannot invest for like 2 years to train me until I become proficient enough. And since it's a small company that's slowly expanding, they also don't have enough people to train me either as they are occupied with their own works. Most of the surveyors/engineers there are senior level who works on casual rate, since the company most likely cannot…

Most of the surveyors/engineers there are senior level who works on casual rate, since the company most likely cannot afford to keep them full-time.

I understand that I'm inexperienced, but I haven't messed up anything major or be able to do anything about my inexperience, maybe aside from getting another relevant job.

Sorry it's a long post, but I had 2 weeks to move to another city (2-3hrs drive) to start my induction with a staff who was leaving the company that week. Also, I noticed that just couple months before me there were 2 other graduates from the same university who only worked here briefly like so.

I'm still in shock about the dismissal because it is a Junior role I applied for, and yet got fired because I am inexperienced. I would rather they not hire me to begin with, and find someone experienced like they want. The good thing was I was still paid (graduate/minimum wage fyi). I'm curious to know what everybody thoughts on this situation are.
