I just completed my last semester of engineering and my college requires me to do an internship before finishing college. So I got into this company as a research analyst which paid me ₹22000 /-(~$ 275) monthly. I was about to complete my 6 months (and get a lil bonus as a part of company policy). Anyways this month I had to send some money home and will have nothing left with me to survive till the 8th of next month which is when we get our salary. So I mailed the HR saying I need my this month's salary by the start of next month or earlier. I don't know what conversation they had but the next day my Manager scheduled a meeting for me just to fire me. Yep, just like that. He didn't even let me talk and was very rude saying my behaviour is not acceptable. Also wrote, “His performance was not satisfactory”(even though I did all my tasks on time and properly) on my Intership certificate which I have to submit to college.
