I got fired for wanting to take a break due to medical issues.

I got all of my work done and more. Was the best employee and was even promoted and told “you’re doing a great job” weeks before this. My general manager came in and told me “cooperate has been watching the cameras and you’ve been sitting down too much”. I asked him if I could give him a doctors note because I need to sit occasionally (no more than 10 minutes total every 7 hour shift I work). And he responded with “we don’t accommodate for that” and “im not going to argue with you”. 1 1/2 hours later after that 5 minute conversation, while getting my blood drawn at the doctors office for said medical issues… I receive this text. Never been pulled aside, never was written up or demoted. Just asked if I could sit for 30-2 minutes if I needed to, and if I got all my work…
