Hello Reddit it’s me again and with my former job as a CCS (Client communication specialist.) we have to call people about mortgage bullshit and if I’ve called any of you I apologize for the harassment but the whole point of my job is we’re supposed to transfer people and I attempted to transfer 68 people but I never even sent the transfers through because majority of them hang up the phone or the automated voicemail system takes a while to say the person isn’t available so I’d always cancel the transfer and yesterday they called me at 2:45 PM EST and said “we’re gonna move forward with your separation from the company.” Smh I get fired for doing what I’m supposed to do lmao ever since the interest rates rose in may they lost their damn minds
