I got forced to resign because I am the only worker in the company that didn't reply text after office hours and especially weekend. The one who always go back on time and not stay back to finish up the never ending urgent task. She said im not onboard with the team, and if I still wanted to work I have to come back tomorrow with the improvement plan. Told her I cant do it, thats too much, I cant think 24hours for the company, its not my company. Also note that I did my best and suck it with overwork and impossible datelines and ended with this. A lot of people only work for a short time in my position before me and I even saw people come and go in 5 months. I thought I did them a favor for staying but some people is too greed and expected you to give everything you have for the company. Lol no thanks
