I got rejected from a company, then a week later they offered an interview. Should I bother going in?

So the position is a customer service position in a fancy building and all that. The work hours are from 12 to 9 night shift. They hinted that they only hire women, and although they didn't outright say it, it was obvious. But nobody wants to take the job due to the hours. And now they are offering me the opportunity to interview it feels like they would be a bad employer to work for. How does the antiwork community feel about this?
