I got suspended for something I didn’t do. (Part 2)

Part 1: https://www.reddit.com/r/antiwork/comments/u4xo7t/i_got_suspended_for_something_i_didnt_do_part_1/ Back to the story… After the meeting with the manager, we had one more meeting that day just before our shift started. This it was only me, the manager and the third guy. The plan was to talk about what have happend with hopes to resolve this problem, which I thought was nothing more than just a simple misunderstanding. As soon as the meeting started the third guy was accusing me of really ridiculous things, such as: That I never greet him when we pass eachother at work. That I laughed at him with my teammate. That I bully him based on his performance at work. This fucker even said that I've been talking shit with another co-worker about the way he dresses. Of course none of this was true! Back to the story…

After the meeting with the manager, we had one more meeting that day just before our shift started. Before this incident, this guy was like a ghost to me, nonexistent.

It was clear to almost everyone at the company that have heard about this case, that this guy is just making stuff up. He had some history at another department at the same company, where got himself a written warning for his behaviour. I don't know any details of this case, but people I talked with about it, simply said that The Third Guy must be somewhat retarted.

Like I said before, the conclusion of this case was clear to almost everyone. Almost everyone, except… you guessed it… The best manager of mine. The meeting was extremly one-sided. The manager kept treating The Third Guy like one would treat a 6yo son, felt sorry for him and so on. On the other side, I was treated like a worst human being my manager has ever met. It's been almost a year ago so I can't really remember exactly what was said, but at the end I got really mad and said that I did nothing wrong and that if I'd continue to work with the third guy, he'd report me for breathing the wrong way, sooner or later. After that my manager sent me back to work, while he and TTG stayed a little longer. That night TTG got sent home to work at another shift and my manager conclued the whole case with: “You two just can't work together”. Just like that it was over, and now I know that I should have reported him back for false accusations, but back then all I thought about was how this shit was just a waste of my time and all I wanted was just to get back to work. I'm simple like that. I don't care about any drama at work. All I care about is my paycheck and things I have to do to get my paycheck.

But the story doesn't end here! Both TTG and my wonderful manager make a comeback in another incident that took place 2 weeks ago. More about in part 3.

Sorry for breaking this story into so many parts. Everytime I start to write the story down, some other shit comes up, that I have to take care of. I also have ADHD so it's even better for me to do it in parts.
